Tough grass for the World Equestrian Games in France

DLF have continued their contact with the world of horse riding and have supplied grass seed for the Cross Country course at the World Equestrian Games held at the National Stud farm of Haras du Pin in Normandy France. The Eventing discipline Dressage, Cross Country and Jumping is performed from the 28th to the 31st of August 2014.

The grass mixture used on the tracks was a blend of tall fescue and perennial ryegrass especially formulated to resist the rigors associated with this challenging sport. The World Equestrian Games are held every four years halfway between Olympic years, the next edition will be in Quebec in 2018.
